Returns & Refunds Policy

At Baddie Kouture Boutique, we take pride in providing high-quality fashion pieces and carefully inspecting every order before shipment. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

All Sales

All sales are final once an order is placed. We do not allow cancellations once orders have been processed and submitted for fulfillment.


Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Intimate wear
  • Bodysuits
  • Jewelry
  • Stretch-fit or form-fitting clothing
  • Swimwear (if applicable)

Please review all product details, descriptions, and sizing information carefully before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only replace or issue store credit for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

After review, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement or store credit.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.


Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your order.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved damaged or incorrect items after review. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
