REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At Baddie Kouture Boutique, we carefully inspect every order before shipment. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify, merchandise must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, and damage
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
To request a return, email support@baddiekoutureboutique.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
Do not return merchandise without receiving approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
FINAL-SALE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
• Intimate wear
• Bodysuits
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Stretch-fit or form-fitting clothing
• Clearance merchandise
• Items marked final sale
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns will receive store credit after the merchandise has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed or submitted for fulfillment. Please verify your items, sizes, shipping address, and payment information before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@baddiekoutureboutique.com within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
After reviewing your request, Baddie Kouture Boutique will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the merchandise received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Baddie Kouture Boutique is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
