We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier for assistance in these cases.
